Bonia hosted a party to unveil the brand’s “Eternal Skies” Spring / Summer 2010 handbags and shoes collection with much pomp at Centre Court, Pavilion Kuala Lumpur on Saturday 3rd April 2010.
The Bonia night is one of Pavilion Fashion Pit Stop promotion events lined up to celebrate the Petronas F1 Malaysian Grand Prix (GP) 2010 held at Sepang International Circuit from April 2 - 4, 2010
The exclusive party with free-flowing champagne and non-alcoholic drinks throughout the night brought together celebrities, models, fashionista and those from fashion-related industries and businesses for a magnificent night of art, fashion and music under one roof.
The night started with a hand-painted oil painting by an Australian Chris Purnell from Melbourne. This was just a warm up of what was about to come next, the Bonia fashion show featuring the “Eternal Skies” Spring/Summer 2010 handbags and shoes collection. After the runway show, it was followed with a special performance by superstar diva supreme Anita Sarawak.

A spectacular runway fashion show featuring national and international models exhibiting beatifully crafted fashionable handbags and shoes collections
Among the striking models were supermodel Amber Chia, Miss Malaysia World 2007 and top model Deborah Henry and Miss Malaysia Universe 2004 Andrea Fonseka who modelled the collection on the runway with applause from the guests.
It was a night of the most enjoyable music performance by diva Anita Sarawak. She started off with a slow and beautiful song “Don’t cry for me 1Malaysa”.
It was incredible to see Anita Sawarak, 57, with so much energy and power jumping up and down the runway stage and running all over the place getting the audience up from their seats to jive along with her as she sang leaving the audiences breatheless and clamouring for more.
